If you have registered and proven yourself to be a reliable contributor to the forums, then you are encouraged to PM another member (non-staff) and politely request that they sponsor you. If they themselves have access to WXtra, they will be able to do this via the link in your profile. However, it is entirely at their discretion whether they choose to sponsor you or not, and the hounding of multiple members until one relents will not be tolerated. You may need to earn your stripes a little before you are trusted with access.
