[The Headliner]

Straightforward choice between the two.

My primary objective was to use a name relevant to the site, not to simply name it after myself. I just thought that Headliner Pro Wrestling sounded better because it implied "headliner status" for the wrestlers who work there - ie, only the best.

But a case can be made for Headline Pro Wrestling (without the R), as it suggests that the promotion is famous enough to make headlines itself. It also erases any discomfort, which I can understand, over having the booker's username in the title.

So, which would you prefer? For one reason or another, should we keep it the same or "get the R out"?

I say "Get the "R" out" just for the reason you said. It gives you "Headline" status.

Ya gotta keep it as Headliner Pro Wrestling, even though the poll says otherwise. Headline Pro Wrestling, and I'm sure you'll agree Heady, doesn't sound right. It seems all unbalanced and blunt and gives the impression of quite a bland fed that is kinda going along with what every other fed is doing...if that makes sense.

Headliner Pro Wrestling sounds much neater and professional, and, like you said, makes it sound like only headliner's wrestle in it, giving it a better prestige.

I'm probably looking way too much into this, but I know I would rather be in Headliner than Headline

Last chance to speak up. I'm giving you every opportunity to argue against those who have stated their case for keeping the 'R'. The poll result may be slightly in favor of ditching it, but if those votes were cast by random members who don't actually post then their opinions don't mean a lot.

If a good opposition hasn't been made by tomorrow when roleplaying begins, the 'R' will be written in stone.
