Are we only suppose to reply if we would join up or do you also want to know if people wouldn't be interested?  If it's the latter, I wouldn't join or particpate at all. I'm not much of an e-fed guy. If it's the former, then this post doesn't even exist so you can stop staring at your blank computer screen.

Well... I'm going to be honest here.  I would LOVE to be in an e-fed.  But I must confess, I've never been in one before; and I don't know a lot about it.  But if you guys are willing to give me a shot, I can probably get help from some other people.  So, yeah - I wanna do it.

For those unfamiliar with e-feds and how they work, here's a simple overview. If it should go ahead, I'll write a more specific guide to ours.

An e-fed is a fictional wrestling promotion, in which players create characters and compete by roleplaying (writing promos in character). Whoever writes the best promo(s) wins, and this is reflected in a report detailing the imaginary matches between the characters.

How many participants would you say we need to start it off? About 15?

Dude 15 is like most of the active posters, no chance of getting that many to sign up.

If we had around 10, then that would be great as long as they remained active. We could probably get by with slightly fewer but the smaller the roster, the bigger the impact would be if/when someone dropped out.

Although, as Heady said, with fewer people it is more evident if someone decides they can't role-play anymore.

But, I've always thought that E-Feds are much better with fewer people, rather than a whole WWE-sized roster. The last one that I ran now has about 40 wrestlers in it (I havn't been there recently so maybe Hitman can be more accurate) and it became not only hard to write for the writers, but also hard to follow. With 10, or at a stretch 15, it is better for everyone to enjoy, not only for Heady writing the shows, but also for anyone reading the shows because they can follow it better, and it is much more of a group activity, rather than you reading your own match and not having time to read anything else.

So 10 or fewer is alot more enjoyable than 20, so numbers shouldn't really make a difference.
