I'm in voice chat for like the ninth time ever right now. It's the yahoo voice chat.

What sucks is people either: A.) Are complete idiots in these rooms or B.) They just play music for some reason.

Now I did that the first few times in one of these rooms a few months ago to annoy them by playing some loud Rammstein music or different wrestling themes, but these people always, ALWAYS play rap.

Oh well. I just go room to room until I hear people doing something interesting. And you can bet that I'm definately not participating.

Well, I left. The damn thing gets boring quickly. That's why I never chat. In fact, this is the firt time I've entered a non-AIM, non-SO chat room since March or Feburary.

Oh yeah, and if it isn't rap they're playing, it's country.

I don't mind rap. A lot of the pre-1999 stuff is good. The thing is, these people play unknown artists. Now, I'm not bitching because they are unknown, I'm bitching because they are unknown artists for a reason.

And what makes the voice chat worse, is that I was introduced to 50 Cent during a voice chat session back in Feburary. Everyone that knows me offline knows that I can't stand MC Hammer II a.k.a. 50 Cent.

That happens a lot, but it's usually some nobody rapper that you can tell recorded in a real studio. So I don't doubt the authenticity of them, I just think they suck.

I say MC Hammer because 50 will be the MC Hammer of '03-'13.

I got a story to match Krauls. Well, i don?t know if it?ll match his, but i have a story.

I have both mic and cam on my computer. When i first got this, i thought it would be cool. Well, it took me like 2 chats to realize i hated the mic. Like Kraul said, most of it is either the music, or some guy saying ?hey where my hoes at? I got a big one for you? or the like.

But i did give the cam a chance. The only reason for this is because i met a girl in a chat room that i know from college, and we started talking and caming (non nude!) and it was cool. So in my head, the cam was fun. But what i didn?t know at the time was that me finding a cool person with came is very rare.

I?d go into these chat rooms with my cam on and  people would ask to be invited so i let them right. Then all of a sudden they?d im me and say ?so you gonna show stuff?? WTF! So after a few days of this, i limited to where i?d only get on cam if the girl had cam too. That didn?t work either. Then it was like ?well you wanna s how each other stuff?. No! I don?t want to see your boobies, i?m not showing you my pee pee, i can get laid! You should try it! Jackasses!

That's pretty much how the big chat rooms (Yahoo, MSN, e.t.c.) are. If it's not private or semi-private, it's usually guys looking to know "wher alt he gurlz r at" so he can say he's hard or something.

I've catergorized voice chatters into a few groups:

DJs
They play the rap or country (and occasionaly techno) over and over again until they are blocked by everyone. They seem to think everyone enjoys hearing what they are listenening to, also. These people are always being ignored.

Babblers
These people get on the mic and just keep babbling on and on and on and on. There was only one babbler I ever liked because he was a cool guy. One that sounded like my uncle.

Racists
These guys are usually the idiots. They are a mixture of both babblers and DJs. They babble about rascist shit, then they play some rascist music.

Static-Studs
These are the people with bad mics. Some are horrible mics, some are a little fuzzy. They are usually the better chatters, for some reason.

Apu[u/]
These are the non-English speakers. They are the ones that barely anyone understand because their english is so bad.

Listener
These are the people that do nothing but listen to the conversations taking place.

Drifter
These are the ones who drift room to room, some talking, some quiet - never in a room for too long.

Horny Toads
These are the guys and girls that go into the rooms and ask if there are any "hott gurlz outt her."

That's all I can think of right now. I'm a drifter.
