Damn I hate rednecks! What I hate even worse is when people confuse me as being a redneck. They hear that I am from one of the southern states of USA and they start thinking that I may be a redneck. Then when they find out that I like country music, BAM! they have me stereotyped as a full blown redneck!
People from all over the country think that they know what redneck is. Hell, people around the world that has never even been to America think they know what a redneck is. How in the hell you gonna know what a redneck is if you never been around one? And you call rednecks simple minded for being racist. What about you morons? You guys judge people and label them as a redneck before you get to know them, or a real redneck.
Take for example, A friend of mine recently moved to Wisconsin and met a girl and fell in love with her. They are now married. Well I talked to this girl a few months ago, and she thought that since I was from the south and like country that I was a redneck. And what is worse, she thought that was a fucking compliment! She said that around there, a redneck is someone with a southern accent, wears tight pants, and wears a big belt buckle. She also said that rednecks are cute! My friend had to explain to her why I got so upset when I was called a redneck. To this day, I don?t think she completely understands.
Well my friends, I am from the south and I see rednecks every friggin day of my life. Here is what a redneck is just so those that think they know will finally have something solid to fall back on:
A redneck is a person that usually has very little education so he speaks in white trash slang! This person usually buys Wal-Mart brand clothes. Now don?t get me wrong, I am not speaking bad about all Wal-Mart clothes, just the type that rednecks wear. They wear the skintight wrangler pants, usually accompanying this is a tight shirt that either has something racist on it, or has a NASCAR person/number on it.
Also equipped is a pair of cowboy boots. Now why in the fuck do we need cowboy boots in this day and age? Huh? Has anyone actually wore a pair of these? I tried a pair on in the store. They are the most uncomfortable things I have ever had on my feet. Then when you walk, the bottoms of the boots are as smooth as friggin glass, so you slide around everywhere! They say the boots get grip as you wear them; I say I nearly busted my ass 3 times!
Also, a redneck is rarely seen without his dip/chew. This is the most disgusting habit in the world. I mean come on! You put tobacco in your mouth, suck on it, and then spit out the juices. These people usually go to the trashcan and get an old soda bottle out and just spit in that. If they can?t find an old bottle then they?ll just spit directly into the trashcan, often missing the damn hole leaving spit running down the side of can which not only looks disgusting but also has a horrible stench which accompanies it. Also, some rednecks are so ?busy? that they can?t be bothered to walk 3 feet into that trashcan to spit, so they just spit right in the floor. Disgusting little creatures.
Other things that rednecks are proud of are the fact that they own the muddiest, ugliest, biggest truck around. Rednecks find it fun to take their truck and go to a hill and drive up and down it. What a fucking waste of gas, expensive gas at that! And who can forget the knives that seemingly all rednecks carry in their pockets? Anytime you say something that pisses them off, they are quick to pull out that blade of theirs and yell racial slurs.
And while I am at the racial issue, lets talk about their love for the confederate flag. Its not even called a confederate flag around here, its known as the ?Rebel flag?. Rednecks have it plastered on their clothes, their trucks, and over their houses. What is their obsession with this flag? Slavery was wrong no matter how you look at it, and yet they are stupid enough to flaunt that and be proud of it? But if you ask one of these rednecks then they?ll say that it?s ?historical?. Yeah, and the swastika is just an X doing a cartwheel. Fucking racist pricks.
Oh and if that isn?t enough, they constantly go around talking about how blacks should have stayed in the fields ?where they belong? and refer to them as ?coons?, ?niggers? and other racial terms. And if they were to ever see an interracial couple then they would give that white guy/girl hell for his/her decision. They all claim that they would never do it with a black?until J-Lo or Janet walks is shown on TV then it?s ?well that is one black I would do it with?. More educated people refer to that as a double standard!
