First Inductions Deferred Until April 1st

Due to the recent down time at WX, the Hall Of Fame could not launch on March 1, 2004 as originally planned.  Right now, the new launch date will be April 1st.  The running has a three way tie, and due to the rules, we can only induct two members a month!  So keep casting your votes, and hopefully by April 1st, the tie will be broken!
