In fact if he struggles to remember his promos then he can just improvise and become the captain of Team Wing It.

Aaaaaaand there goes all the respect you'd just built up.

Wow.  That's quite the story.  So are you still in touch with any of the wrestlers or others from your time in the business?

Ily, at least AJ is not doing much better.  Anyone would want to be a cleaner over working in TNA.

Great read Heady.

I have a few of the wrestlers still on Facebook but communication has decreased over time - most likely to be just the occasional comment with Charlie here and there. I'm in regular contact with someone who religiously attended every show and have gone with him to see things like TNA and MMA, so I've always got someone to remind me about the time I nearly fell off the apron or how well those pink slippers in the raffle would have suited me, etc...

I had barely any contact with Mike after the school closed, and then I unwittingly offended him with a tongue-in-cheek remark I made towards him on a forum where British shows are advertised and discussed. Once it finally became apparent that he'd taken it to heart, I tried explaining that there was no malice behind it but as far as I'm aware he hasn't accepted my apology. It's a shame because he really ought to have known I wouldn't turn on him like that, but I suppose he has had to deal with enough immature bitterness from people that he can never really be sure anymore.

Wow... I've dreamed about being a booker and you took a shot. That is incredible, I would go to TNA shows, but would chicken out to try and contact them. I lived in the same town, I just didn't think they would give me a chance. I am impressed.

I agree with Illy, you've nothing to lose Ethan. TNA might be a harder nut to crack but you have experience in television production. You may be able to get your foot in the door on that side of things if you're able to demonstrate that your knowledge and skills can be applied to their kind of product in a way they're not already doing. You won't be able to walk in off the street and take Bruce Pritchard's job, but if you get involved with something you're already qualified for then you never know where it could lead.

Whether this was real or just a very interesting and really awesome narrative, the magic of going for your dreams had that fire of inspiration to it for me and I see your creativity shine. I never really had any doubt of your talents. Something I've dreamt of,but never really pursued. Kudos.

We're such unique and self-aware creatures, yet we can't be the paradigm or standard that goes above simply being an animal,we find ways to be worse than them.

Funny how when it's the poor that steal,it's theivery, but when it's the rich that commit the same atrocity on a much more massive level,it's business as usual.

Money makes the world go around...until it spins straight off of its own axis.

To theists, God is the clutch that sets everything into gear. To atheists, God is the imaginary crutch that sets everything into fear.

We're both devils. Wanna know which one you are?

Matter comes and writes the play, for it's a messed up ID. Forget the keys in your hand that lock up liberty for the benefit of divinity, for if not,you are not self, without anew to be.

Evangelicals and dominionists are somewhere in between nuts and asshole. They're perineum cancers. They're twernt tumors. Because if they twernt there, they wouldn't be a pain in America's ass. And they wish to wipe their excrement with the Constitution.

Civility and common sense are the first causalities to make room for large egos and larger wallets.

Wow, I almost missed all of this.

And all because of a little statement I made in the FORUM THAT SHALL NOT BE MENTIONED :)

  • You wouldn't be interested, we just trade addresses of Welsh women who take showers with the window open. Boring stuff like that.

Oh well if it's women then I don't care.  I've seen the bathroom after my mum and sister uses it and it's disgusting.
