  • Another thing on the list for me: those stupid Army propaganda/recruitment "Air Assault" videos WWE forces you to play before the "Don't Try This At Home" message on their DVDs.

We get it, Vince likes the troops. I doubt a WWE video is going to convince many people to sign up. And even if it does, those people would probably sit through your little propaganda video anyway. Let the rest of us skip it.

People who describe someone as their "work colleague," as if there's any other kind of colleague.

The way the majority of people that have celebrities of any level on their "friend's list" or are "following" or whatever tend to act towards the said celebrities in their comments.

So many of them just seem to ramble on about useless junk or regularly throw in a comment talking about how awesome they think the celebrity is. The worst are the people who seem to expect a reply to their comment, as if the average celebrity in question undoubtedly has the time and patience to wade through a couple hundred comments and reply to much of them. The worst of the worst are the ones that are simply so stupid, I want to reach through the internet and slap them. You know the types, the kind that might ask Shawn Michaels to train them or the kind that drop to their knees in a heartbeat to show just how much of a fan[atic] they are about Alanis Morrisette, or whatever.

The few that approach these things realistically are way overshadowed by the morons who think Hulk Hogan gives a crap that your favorite color is yellow, or that Chris Jericho is going to read your comment and offer to fly you to his home for some personal training.

This problem gets worse the bigger the celebrity is.

I agree with this. Kevin Nash and I were having this conversation on Twitter the other day. Well it was mostly me, but I could tell by the way he wasn't replying that he just didn't want to interrupt my flow, because he was totally into what I was saying. Me and Big Kev have that kind of unspoken respect for each other, except with me it's a little more spoken.

  • Thanks to Microsoft and Bungee, searching the web for pictures of an actual halo is quite the frustrating experience.

Very good idea, thanks. I'd been thinking of "holy halo" and "saintly halo" but for some reason the obvious one eluded me.

  • "Saintly halo" brings to mind visions of a Master Chief inspired stained glass window. :-/

  • Wrestling news sites that try to get me to pay $5 a month for a subscription so I can read a handful of articles that are mostly "meh" in subject.

    $5 a year? Okay, I'd bite. But $5 a month? Haha - no.
