It's still very early in the week, of course, but today I took the time to catch up on the last two weeks of Modern Family, which is an ABC sitcom that stars Ed O'Neil and follows three different families that are all related. I must say, I rather enjoy this show, and it's the first 'family' sitcom that's felt fresh and entertaining to me in a long time.

I'll be catching up on LOST Wednesday, so like others have mentioned, that will likely be on my list for the next 20 or so weeks, so I'll spare everyone my comments on that unless something truly amazing happens.

Also, was anyone watching Better Off Ted before it was canceled? A very funny show staying Portia DeRossi (sp?) from Arrested Development. Sad to see it go.

OMG.  I was watching Modern Family too.  Good show.  There should be more Al Bundy on TV.

Modern Family has surpassed 30 Rock for me this season making it my new favorite comedy. Though, the show still doesn't hold a candle to 30 Rock's first three seasons, it is currently knocking 30 Rock out most every week.

30 Rock was OK for me the first season, but I just couldn't get back into it when I tried to watch the second season. I love Tina Fey, but I absolutely cannot stand Tracey Morgan's character. He really ruins the show for me. Any chance he's not around anymore so I can start watching again?

Tracy Morgan is hilarious... I know why you don't like him. Because he's rich!  All kidding aside Modern Family is becoming my favorite comedy as well.

Agreed, although, I am wanting so much more than what they're giving me at the moment. I just kind of feel like I've been watching the same pattern, over and over for five years now. It was nice to see

Yeah I had to go back and go through the season while watching season 6 of Lost. I'm watching about 4 episodes a day while doing homework and cleaning.

So far this week, it's an old episode of CSI.  I don't watch much television.

Law and Order > CSI

That is indeed possible, but I didn't watch Law and Order.

Is that the British show or is there an American version? I've seen it here in the UK and it is one of the few funny sitcoms we've produced in a while. The DVD has some great little Mortal Kombat-style parodies of each episode.
