I missed RAW last week but the dumbest thing I saw was on SmackDown when Cryme Tyme lost a match and then Shad, the guy who got pinned, goes heel on his partner.  I didn't understand the logic of this since I thought the heel turn usually comes from the guy whose partner isn't pulling his weight.  If JTG turned heel, it would have made sense.  So, I'm a bit perplexed by the booking of this.

I think Shad's beef was that JTG didn't break up the pin. Which is a weak excuse to break up a team, although Matt Striker did suggest there could have been more going on that we weren't privy to.

It still gets my vote too, though.

The Orlando Jordan segment. Any positive press they were getting from the bisexual media must have been sacrificed this week when they revealed just how tawdry they intend on presenting this gimmick. As most wrestling fans could have predicted, it's not about breaking down barriers at all, it's about grossing people out and making them (more?) uncomfortable about his lifestyle.

In all fairness to Orlando Jordan and his new character, there has never been a claim by Jordan, TNA or anyone that this was about bringing a gay character to the spotlight and breaking down barriers and misconceptions. They are just trying to make Jordan a freak that makes people say "WTF?" This is wrestling. It's built on making people stereotypes and boosting that by 1000. Cowboys, black militants, Flag wavers...it's all the same. And this character has been done many times before: Adrian Street, Billy and Chuck, Rico, The Rainbow Express. No big deal.

learning that madison rayne won the knockout championship, so let me get this straight, they have sarita, ODB, daffney hamada or taylor wilde sitting in the backroom and they gave the FUCKING BELT to a chick who cant wrestle with big boobs?, what the hell happened to the knockouts, they used to be that good but now, they just look like a carbon copy of the wwe divas

I do get the impression the belt simply fell on Madison out of convenience, as a means of getting the title off Angelina via Tara getting pinned. They could have done a triple threat or four-way using anyone on the Knockouts roster, but the writers obviously felt the tag match was more interesting - the only drawback being that it left only Madison Rayne and Velvet Sky as candidates for the next champion. Personally, Velvet would have been my preference, as she's at least more established. At this stage in her career, given her win/loss record, Madison's name looks out of place on the list of former Knockouts Champions. But who knows, maybe there are plans for Sky to get jealous of her team mate and a storyline will develop that wouldn't have otherwise been possible.

The Beautiful People are what draw ratings for Impact. Thus, they have the titles. Plus, it gives time for the storyline to develop when Velvet gets jealous of Madison being knockouts champ.

so they didnt care for anything else except for tbp's boobs? what happen to real talent, why are they putting the belts to the worst talent they have on the knockouts, i mean lacey sucks, madison only won i think 10 matches, counting the tag team matches, she never won in a singles match (or does she, i dunno, im pretty much sure she hasnt won in singles yet) i mean she won the damn title for no reason whatsoever, i thought they are going with what hazzy said, tara vs. angelina love, but they fucking screwed it
