I think Kraul is the type who, much like Sarah perhaps, would rather assume no one cares they're leaving, and that people might consider them egotisical for announcing their departure with reasons. Imagine how you'd react to a one-post wonder detailing his decision to leave like it's some monumental forum event - that may be how these two introverts would see themselves. Quite mistakenly, obviously, as I think they've both underestimated their impact on the other posters here, and it is quite a jarring way to part online company.

In my experience, no one ever really leaves. There's going to be a time some point in the future, so long as he is still living and breathing, he's going to be online and bored and wonder what we're up to. He'll check in on us, and if he sees fit, he'll drop by with a word or two. I'm sad he's gone, but I think and hope he'll be back.
