HPW 28/06/09 Results
« on: June 28, 2009, 03:24:41 PM »

The show opens with the usual HPW.com introduction and the not so welcoming words of Doug Solomon.  Doug reminds us that next Sunday is HPW’s fifth pay-per-view titled “Destiny Calls” and for several superstars destiny maybe calling.  Doug gives the example that “it maybe Andrew McWilliam’s destiny calling when he mutilates Trent Malik and leaves his torn flesh all around the ring next Sunday.  It maybe Kenny Dior’s destiny calling when he defeats and retires Illy Mustafa for the second..and final time.  It maybe our chairman, Jimmy Duxen’s destiny calling when he eliminates Harrison Hughes from HPW history and becomes the undisputed owner of Headline Pro Wrestling.”  Doug tells us that next Sunday’s pay-per-view will be unmissable especially with the updates he has for us.  Doug announces that the match between Andrew McWilliam and Trent Malik will now be a barbed wire match.  Doug says that Andrew had a few words for Malik right after that announcement was made.

|Andrew McWilliam Comments|

“Trent, you made a huge mistake when you refused to join myself and Matt Gregor in serving the higher power.  We could have become the most powerful group in the world which would have made Him very pleased.  Instead you rejected His offer and questioned His existence.  Each breath you take is a sin Malik but in just a few days I will put that to an end in HPW’s first ever barbed wire match.  You claim to be the most twisted individual in the world Trent but you don’t seem to understand the power in my grasp.  Next Sunday will be a bloody massacre and I will show the entire world just how powerful He is.”

Doug tells us that is has been promised that the higher power will be at HPW 5 and so it’s only a matter of time before Malik is crucified for all you people’s sins.  Whilst on the subject of power Doug brings up Michael Bloodman who was a victim of cheating last week when Illy Mustafa used painkillers to eliminate the pain Bloodman could have put him through, though luckily he was caught and the match was made a no contest.  However Bloodman did not take too kindly to that revelation and looked to take out his anger on not just one man, but two when he faced two members of The Don’s Family.

|Michael Bloodman vs. Tony de Rito & Samuel Fabricita|

Bloodman easily runs through both men and knocks them down with clotheslines.  He grabs Rito and sends him so hard into the corner that he flies back towards Bloodman, allowing him to get caught with a massive clothesline.  Fabricita tries to catch the powerhouse off guard but gets a big boot to the face for his troubles.  Bloodman grabs Fabricita and lifts him high in the air with a military press showing just how strong he truly is.  Rito gets back to his feet but as he does he gets his partner thrown on top of him.  Fabricita is sent with such momentum that he falls out of the ring.  Bloodman grabs Rito and absolutely destroys him with a big spinebuster.  Bloodman places one foot on Rito and gets the easy victory.  The referee tries to raise his hand in victory but Bloodman pulls away and grabs Rito again.  Bloodman sets him up and lifts him high for the Bloodman Effect, however instead of simply delivering it, he charges towards the ropes and throws him out on to his partner causing both to land hard on to the concrete floor.  Bloodman stands tall with an intense look of rage.

Doug brings up the main event for next Sunday's pay-per-view, when Jimmy Duxen will put his career and ownership of HPW on the line against the former chairman, Harrison Hughes. Doug admits that he doesn't know why the ex-cop has decided to finally accept Hughes' challenge, given that he has nothing to gain and everything to lose, and Hughes has already cost him so much by robbing him of his deputy's badge and poisoning his girlfriend's mind against him. But in the 2-out-of-3 Falls match at Destiny Calls, the Fantasy will have the chance to do the unthinkable, and rid HPW of Jimmy Duxen forever.

Doug hopes that doesn't happen, and planned to get Harrison Hughes on the phone today - with permission this time - to ask why he's wasting his time against this company's new and improved leader. But orders passed down from Duxen himself have nixed that idea, banning any communication to HPW fans from the former chairman. It seems like the only way to hear the Fantasy fantasizing about his plans to dethrone Duxen will be to order next Sunday's pay-per-view, and watch as Jimmy Duxen silences the bitter Hughes for good.

Whilst talking about the main event next week Doug begins to talk about the secondary main event for “Destiny Calls”.  As he does Kenny Dior steps into the shot looking focused.  Doug says that it is a pleasure to be joined by Kenny just one week away from when he ends the career of Illy Mustafa once and for all.  Dior smiles at Doug and repeats what he said in his own words, promising that he will beat the hypocrisy out of Mustafa next week and then stand in the middle of the ring whilst every single fan in the arena who wouldn’t believe him enters the ring and tells Dior “you were right” personally.  Dior says that this isn’t just about Mustafa and that it is about humiliating all of his sheep like fa-

Suddenly Dior gets cut off by a hooded man that clubs him from behind which sends Doug flying for cover.  The hooded man picks Dior up and throws him head over heels into a stone wall causing Dior to land on his neck.  The man delivers some nasty soccer kicks to the rib cage of Dior whilst he is trying to get up before smashing his head against the wall, stunning him.  The man finally picks Dior up and places him strategically between his legs.  Whilst holding Dior’s head in place with his knees he lifts Dior off the ground and drops him head first on to the concrete floor with a piledriver.  The man stands over Dior and throws his hood back revealing himself to be Illy Mustafa.  Doug screams at Illy calling him a no good bastard.  The show ends with Illy walking away showing no signs of remorse and Dior’s body twitching on the ground from the head trauma.
