The great thing about the age we live in, is that adults can still buy toys and call them "collectables." WWE, superhero, Star Wars, whatever your fancy, you need make no excuses for buying action figures these days. Not that I personally would, because dolls are for babies, but I hope you take my point.
My favorite games now are Jenga, Monopoly (depends who I'm playing with), and since installing it on PWH, I've grown quite fond of
chess for the first time in my life.
My sister always likes to get people playing those team games that require making an idiot out of yourself, by some combination of charades, putty moulding, the yes-no game, etc. Cranium is a prime example. They can be fun but through repetition, I have come to loathe these games.
As a kid my favorite toys were, progessively, action figures for He-Man, Ghostbusters, Transformers, Turtles, and wrestling. I was also caught up in the Monster in my Pocket craze, collecting loads of those and having the game that involved knocking down your opponent's monsters with a little cannon. That was great until it came down to the monsters with a wide vertical base, or those positioned in certain, almost unassailable spots atop the castle.
