Walking through the PWH offices late one evening, The Headliner almost trips over a trash bag in the hallway. Grumbling about the general untidiness of the building, he notices something gold and shiny poking out of a tear in the bag. Removing it from the sack of filthy McDonalds and Sticky Sticks packaging, he recognizes the large leather belt with shimmering gold plates as the old WrestleXpress Hardcore Championship. Puzzled but excited The Headliner discreetly tucks the belt under his jacket and keeps walking.

Fan turns the corner and bumps into Headliner, their collision inadvertently drops the Hardcore title to the floor. Fan looks down at the championship and then up at Headliner with one eyebrow raised in a moment of suspicion and bewilderment. Fan shakes his head and walks away laughing at the thought of Headliner actually having a real title belt.
