I think its pretty much what Heady said. We find the time to write the shows, do newsline stuff, talk about storylines and matches, read all the roleplays etc. because we know you rely on us to do that. Like, without us doing all that there'd be no efed. So when people don't roleplay, especially this week when only one match could be fairly decided on (and that was the triple threat where JE didnt roleplay, so it went between gungrave and illy), it's frustrating.
Especially when you have longer to do one roleplay. But then if you want that to be good you'll probably be thinking about it for a while, then writing it, then maybe reading it over and editing it or something. So its not like its the half hour thing that Illy's saying for most of you. Usually takes me at least an hour, plus thinking of ideas takes me ages.
Its up to you really to try and find out how its best for you to get it done. If you can write it in like 10 minute sessions every night throughout the week then that'd work, or you could write it on Monday when the show is still fresh on your mind so you aint gotta worry about refreshing your memory when you write your roleplay. Or do it when you got nothing better to do at work or something. Whatever. Feel like i'm being patronising, but i'm just throwing suggestions out there. When we came up with the schedule I thought maybe people could use the roleplaying break to think of a couple of ideas, to save time for the next couple weeks when you actually write the roleplays.
And like Heady said, if you can't roleplay for some reason and you know you won't be able to, advanced warning would be awesome cause it saves us waiting for you and having to change things at the last minute. But everyones been pretty good with that kinda thing so far.
Me and Illy are only doing this because hopefully everyone enjoys it, and we do, so when people don't roleplay it feels like it's not worth doing. But as long as everyone is still enjoying it then we'll keep doing it. You all signed up for it, so I'm guessing you want to be involved.
Anyway, this week's show is pretty exciting, and it'll change things pretty big in the next few weeks so hopefully everyone will find time.
