I decided that because the music scene changes everyday and there so many verities of music out there and everyday there 2 or 3 new band form and arrive on the ever changing music scene. That we should have a section or thread where the member of WX can introduce us to new band or even older music that you enjoy. Bottom line this thread is where you can post band that you are getting into and you think that your fellow member would enjoy.
I'll start

Boy Set Fire
They are an awesome group who's music is driven by pure emotion. They are a emo (emotion) band, They have there own sound if you read the lyrics for the song unspoken request and listen to the song you can feel every lyric and the emotion they put in to it can bring you to your knees.

Lyrics for  Unspoken Request
failed coercion leads to intrusion and the blood forever runs in her head into her hands between her legs where his mind lies power drives him into murder innocence on the rack of his devices vices and designs she will never scrub the stains from her arms from her neck from her legs the dirt will remain as a reminder of his hateful face reach in rip apart the inner fibers of her soul boy you'll never know how it feels to fear the shame feel free to walk down any dark street without fear without shame no one is gonna touch you and you don't need protection she shouldn't need protection! and you can sit there with that stupid smile on your face and try to convince me that you care defined by your power defined by her body the innocence she feels everybody else contains it's lost it's gone but i guess it doesn't matter anyway reach in rip apart the inner fibers of her soul and you can sit there with that stupid smile on your face and try to convince me that you care defined by your power defined by her body defined redefined fucked tortured and discarded and if he ever cares maybe he will feel ashamed for everything he's stolen for all the trust she gave possessed and broken she cries but it's not our problem pull down your goddamn blinds he will never think he's wrong she will think you're wrong she will never feel quite right

band that have a similar sound
Taking Back Sunday
Further Seems Forever
Finch
From Autumn To Ashes

Apocalyptica
If you like classical music and old Metallica you should like them. They are not a new band they have been doing thing for many years. I cant think of one band that sound like them. It's my opinion that if you are into classical music you should download some of there shit you wont be sorry. If you take my advice and download something by them you should do there Metallica cover of The Unforgivin.

Cool post. I'm always on the look out for new bands as all the ones that are well known, and too comercialised suck in my opinion.

I'm gonna find out some stuff about that Boy Set Fire group you mentioned, they sound sweet, so i'll search for some music of them ina bit.

Some of the bands which i've found, that no one where i live have heard off are -

Simple Plan and the Juliana Theory

Those two bands do sum gd stuff, i would expect all you Americans heard of them though .....

- Goldslut

Cold - I have been into Cold since the beginning they are on Flip records. They are a mix between Hard Rock and Soft Rock the lead vocalist has his own style he has this country accent going. Some of there song are emotionally driven other are by rage when you listen to the whole CD you can go though so many emotion. They are the band that done "Gone Away" from Tough Enough 2. If you like more main stream music than you would like there album 13 ways to bleed on stage and if you like more underground sound than you should do the Cold self titled album. The biggest difference between the two albums is they pick up a second guitarist on the second album.

It's been along time since i put up a new band that i recommend so i will put up another i mentioned them in my first post in this topic and the band is

Further Seems Forever
If you download any of there shit do the first CD because they had Chris singer from dashboard confessional it was his original group before he became a solo artist. I would say that any body that doesn't listen to them or doesn't at least give them a chance is missing out on one of the best CD out there the name of the CD is The Moon Is Down. It's my opinion that Chris Carrabba's is one of the most talented vocalist out there and his vocals and unmistakable he is plain and simple one of the most talented vocalist out there. In the music industry there are thousand of band but very few have raw talent that takes no editing and FSF (Further Seems Forever) is one of those band so waste no time and download some of them believe me you will be happy that you did.

This CD is a 5***** CD  don't miss out.

I know you ALL hate my musical tastes, but I'll mention a band anyway. Maroon 5, a band that toured with John Mayer last summer (that should give you some insight into their genre of music), and are currently touring with Matchbox 20 and Sugar Ray.

Hulk I gave them a listen there not bad but not my type of music but they are talented.

Now on to the next band i think you guys might like

Lifer-
They are by no means new they have bee out for a while any ways they won a MTV battle of the bad thing a few years ago under the name Stranger With Candy. When I first saw them on the MTV thin knew they had what it took to get signed but than thought but they will be one of those 1000 band that are awesome but no one ever takes notice. I remember listen to the radio and  heard a song and i knew it sounded like something i heard before after the song was over hey said Lifer s i thought never mind got hoe went on the net and found there web site and it said they where formally SWC(Stranger With Candy) from the MTV BOTB so ran out got the CD i must say they didn't disappoint me they are not ground breaking but hey are good and worth a listen.

I give them and there CD a 3 1/2 stars an a

I haven been looking for a new band to add for the past few days and I have found one. I think you guys will like this band.

Yellowcard
IM new to this band im not a long time fan or nothing but there sound is simply amazing they are so original the way they mix violin with punk it brilent.I have no clue what genera most say emo.I think they will be the next big band they have so much talent people wont go long be for they are forced to take notice to this band that's originally from Jacksonville, FL and are now located in California. The music will touch and I assure you if you get there CD you wont be disappointed in this group as on a scale 1 to 10 the exceed a 10 they get my highest praise and the fact that they tried something new by adding a violinist and succeed is amazing as not ever band could do this. This is an innovative band and will be a great CD to add to any collection no matter what type of music your normally like you will fall in love with Yellowcard.

Yellowcard "One For The Kids"  is a  5***** cd

I was just wondering if I should keep Recommending band or not should I just let this topic die dose anybody here really take these recommendation seriously or do they just get pushed aside like a midget in a mosh pit I enjoy talking about music and trying to get word out about great band so everyone can enjoy them but I just want to know if you guys want me to keep recommending band or not.
