Well here is how the show went in a short term....

Abyss's music hits and he comes out with the NWA title and of course they came down talking about how Christian does'nt deserve to be champion and if he wants the belt then to come get it or if anyone feels that they can take the belt to come down so Rhino hits the ring.

Rhino vs Abyss - Lasted a good solid 10-15 minutes, well maybe less but that's including commercial, Abyss delivered a weak choke slam and went to pin Rhino and I was thinking, oh great, if he pins him with that, I'm gonna stop watching TNA, but it did'nt happen, during the match, Mitchell distracted the ref than Bobby Roode hit the Rhino from behind with a huge clothesline to put Rhino on his back, Abyss lifted him up and delivered the black hole slam and it was over.

After the match, Christian came down and got into it with Abyss, fueling the feud even more while delivering a promo for the upcoming Sacrifice ppv that the match between him and Abyss will be a T...L...C match with the belt hanging over the ring but it did'nt stop there, Christian said that he can bring his chanin because its gonna be "full metal mayhem", whatever that means, but it sounds like it's gonna be the ring with a bunch of weapons around it while it still being a TLC, should be an awesome match again!

Oh and Christian was playing to crowd and while doing his promo cut a funny line saying......"I think the Christian Coalition will agree me, that when I say, no one wants to see Shrek be World Heavyweight Champion"

I laughed my ass off.

Team Japan vs Team USA - It was a fast paced match with Shelly and Dutt doing and showing some great team work, one spot had Shelly hold one of the Japanese wrestlers (can't member the name) across his knees while Dutt came off and did a moonsault, it was a sick move, Team USA picked up the victory, but on the side of the ring, D'Amore and Williams were there with D'Amore doing commentary talking about a new member for Team Canada to compete in the World X cup which should be interesting, USA picks up the victory and takes the lead with 2 points.

Samoa Joe vs Lethal - I thought it was gonna be rushed and it may have seemed that way, but nevertheless it was a good match, Lethal pulled out some great moves but Joe came away with the victory, after the match while Joe was on his way up the ramp or actually while still in the ring, Jarrett's music hits (as usual) then Joe and Jarrett did a little stare down while going up the ramp and Joe and Steiner were face to face with Steiner flexing and talking crap.

See earlier in the program, Zbyszko had said something to Jarrett and Steiner about an opponent that Sting has chosen to wrestle Steiner and Jarrett which he'll say towards the end of the program.

This is where the spoilers come in about some of the names being backstage at !mpact, Sting came down and said that it'd be up to Jarrett to pick who he wants as an opponent to tag with, so he had tunnel #1 or #2 to pick from and if not than the options are void meaning that he would be able to pick who he is going to tag with, so Hemme comes out looking fine as hell as usual and like a game show host, Sting had some paper he wrote a little background on who would be coming out and even threw in a shoot for the two, from tunnel #1 comes.........Buff Bagwell, you know as much as I could'nt stand him towards the dying days of WCW, it was good to see him and #2 had......... Lex Luger come out, now it's up to Jarrett to decide what he wants even though he indicated saying that he is'nt gonna choose anything and play Sting's mind games blah blah blah.

Overall - 7/10

If the show was'nt so short, I'd give it a higher rating, also on a side note, I've come to believe that TNA is in position to bring in some big former talent, bottom line is that if they want to be serious and competing with WWE, they are gonna need a longer time slot, oh and one more thing, it seems that Alex Shelly has conducted an interview with Kevin Nash from some hotel that'll show next week, as well as from an earlier promo, Daniels and Styles will team up next week to face AMW for the tag belts that should be awesome, ya know you can just tell when they were cutting there promo that they are really best friends, maybe it's just me but you'd have to see what I'm talking about......also as much as I hate the shows being only an hour long, I still enjoy watching them.

The 4/27 edition of TNA iMPACT! drew a final 1.0 cable rating with an average audience of 1.1 million viewers. The 0.8 rating reported earlier this weekend turned out to be a preliminary number.

This rating was up from last week's 0.9 rating and proved successful in key male demographics. The show scored a strong 1.6 rating in males 18-49 (the most watched audience category) and a 1.2 rating in a separate male demographic.

It should be noted that since TNA's move from Saturday night to Thursday night, the average audience for TNA is up 20% from their old timeslot.

Looking good.
