There is so much to look forward to at WXF HYSTERIA! First of all the WXF World Heavyweight Championship will be on the line when Triple H defends the championship against Sting! I caught up with Sting just a couple of days ago, and here is what he had to say about Triple H.
Video Clip of Sting: You know, Triple H really makes me laugh. He thinks he deserves to be WXF World Heavyweight Champion. Well, Triple H while you and Ric Flair cheated so you could defeat Jarrett at Hell On Earth, I was busy making the Rock tap out to the Scorpion Death Lock! You see, I don't need anyone to win my matches for me, except me. I don't need to cheat to win a World Championship. The only things I need, I already have: Talent and balls. And Triple H you will find out that this Sunday I am not playing games. Wooo! It's show time bitch! And your ass belongs to me.
Tammy Sytch: Strong words from the challenger there. In other Hysteria related news, The Rock and Bill Goldberg are planning on revealing their mystery manager to the world this Sunday! Speculation has run rampant as to who it will be. I've heard Paul Heyman, Eric Bischoff, Don "Cyrus" Callus, Paul Ellering, and even Bobby Heenan's names mentioned when discussing who Rock and Goldberg have in their corner. One thing is for sure though: Whoever this mystery manager is, now has two of the biggest wrestling superstars in history under his wing, which means he or she is now a very powerful player in WXF.
Also, the new WXF President will be revealed at Hysteria. The votes are in folks, and this was a landslide victory from what I have been told! You may remember that Eric Bischoff, Miss Elizabeth, Vince Russo, Diamond Dallas Page, and even Dusty Rhodes were all running for the prestigious office. I am told that the results are shocking and WXF will never be the same again after our new President takes office!
The WXF North American Championship will be on the line in an interesting tag team match. Chris Benoit, the current North American Champion, will team up with Jerry Lynn to take on Syxx Pac and Joanie Laurer in a North American Championship match. Now the rules are simple, whoever gets the pinfall or submission is crowned champion. For example, if Jerry Lynn pins Syxx Pac or Joanie Laurer, he becomes the champion. This means that Benoit does not have to be involved in the decision to lose the title. Obviously the champion is at a great disadvantage as he will even have to be weary of his own partner!
The WXF Women's World Championship will be defended in a very unique Six Pack Challenge. Victoria will defend the championship against Lita, Gail Kim, Asya, Luna Vachon, and.....Mae Young! Yes you heard folks, Mae Young! This is going to be a wild one for sure! Also in the Women's Division, Madusa is seeking to gain some revenge on Molly Holly for Molly costing Madusa the Women's World Championship at Hell On Earth! These two women have a past that goes all the way back to WCW, and there differences are finally going to be settled this Sunday!
