Why am I not on the show?!
« on: February 17, 2006, 03:33:37 PM »

I think a week is plenty of time to heal up from my head injury. I have a great RP ready and everything. I would love to be on the card against someone. If not, I could possibly be a side element of the show of some kind. That'd be nice.

Are you the first person to be left off a show? No.

Are there enough spots on the card for everyone? No.

Do you appreciate having a storyline reason for your absense, unlike many others? No.

Can you approach anything on this board, even the part you have confined yourself to while the heat blows off you, with anything but a self-centered 'poor me' attitude? Apparently not.

"You want to apologize? Like nothing happened. Like you didn't knock me on my ass in front of millions of people worldwide, and I'm gonna come down there and work with you. I'm not coming back, and now thanks to the magic of live television I'm gonna show the whole world, why for seven years in ECW I was the unscripted, uncensored, loose cannon of commentary. Six months ago, WWE called me, I didn't call this company because I was looking for a job. I didn't need a job. WWE called me because they had humiliated and fired...again, Jim Ross. So I get JR's spot, and from week one, week after week I've got an ongoing lecture about the differences in professional wrestling and sports entertainment. I'm not allowed to say 'pro wrestling', I'm not allowed to say 'wrestler'. I have to say 'sports entertainment' and refer to the wrestlers as 'superstars'. I'm told to deliberately ignore the moves and the holds during the matches so I can tell stories. Well ignoring the moves and the holds is damn insulting to the athletes, the 'wrestlers', not the entertainers who leave their families three hundred days a year to ply their craft in that ring. Here's the best part, because I'm not a sports entertainment storyteller I get pulled from Wrestlemania, and the reason I'm given is, is because I don't sound like Jim Ross who's the guy they fired in the first place. That makes sense, right? So I swallow the bitter pill, I'm a company guy. I get bumped from Wrestlemania. Then I get bumped from Backlash? I'm not good enough to call Backlash!? In ECW, I called live pay-per-views on my own, solo, no color commentators dragging me down. Wasn't done before me, hasn't been done since. But I'm not good enough to call Backlash because I'm not a sports entertainment storyteller. Well you know what? I am sick of sports entertainment. I am sick of male cheerleaders. I am sick of boogers and bathroom humor and semen and I am sick of our chairman. Who likes to talk about his own semen, he mocks God... he mocks God!!!!! And makes out with the divas all to feed his own insatiable ego. I am sick of sports entertainment, and most of all I am sick of you fans who actually buy into that crap! This sports entertainment circus! I never needed this job, and I don't want this job anymore."

I had a week off - it's a nice way to rest up and look back at everyone else's posts.

It happens to us all BT, no big deal. Write out your rp,  nothing stoping you from putting it on the boards. If that doesn't strike you as fun, then save it for the next week you are on. Think of it this way, instead of a couple of days, you have a whole week to produce an incredible rp.

It is a problem if you start demanding things. The other versions of this thread you posted by mistake were titled "what the hell?!" What gives you the right to talk like that, just because you've been left off the show for the first time? Grow up. I write these shows as a favor, not an obligation.

As for who told me about restricting yourself to this folder, it shouldn't really matter, but it was BDP. Not exactly the world's best kept secret though - if you're only going to post in this folder, people are going to notice.

Now I am completely lost - nevertheless, you two mustn't argue this far up north! Take it south where that sort of stuff is appreciated...

And thank you Heady for writing these shows for us, because when you put all the other BS aside, they are a lot of fun.

He has mentioned leaving the rest of the board several times.

Edit:Heady isn't the one who posted several threads bitching about this that and the other now is he.You do this all the time try addressing the root of the problem.

Just to go on record, BT, you said in NHB that you would leave the site but still post in the EFED - so it wasnt like it was a big secret. Regardless, this shouldn't be an issue, let's not make it one.

I think my reasons for "jumping down your throat" are perfectly clear within the context of this thread alone.

We're such unique and self-aware creatures, yet we can't be the paradigm or standard that goes above simply being an animal,we find ways to be worse than them.

Funny how when it's the poor that steal,it's theivery, but when it's the rich that commit the same atrocity on a much more massive level,it's business as usual.

Money makes the world go around...until it spins straight off of its own axis.

To theists, God is the clutch that sets everything into gear. To atheists, God is the imaginary crutch that sets everything into fear.

We're both devils. Wanna know which one you are?

Matter comes and writes the play, for it's a messed up ID. Forget the keys in your hand that lock up liberty for the benefit of divinity, for if not,you are not self, without anew to be.

Evangelicals and dominionists are somewhere in between nuts and asshole. They're perineum cancers. They're twernt tumors. Because if they twernt there, they wouldn't be a pain in America's ass. And they wish to wipe their excrement with the Constitution.

Civility and common sense are the first causalities to make room for large egos and larger wallets.

For the record, before I became owner of UWA, I was left off the card for 3 weeks in the middle of a feud and missed all of the build up for a PPV. Why was I off the card? No idea, but if you're not on the card, don't cry about it, take that time to re-think and devise some ideas. You fail to see that not everything revolves around you here and no one will cater to you at your every whim, Big Time. You fail to see how difficult it is to run a fed. You constantly have people on your ass about "when am I getting pushed?" "Am I getting pushed?" "Will I get pushed?" "Am I on the card?" ect. ect. I deal with this shit EVERYDAY and I'm sure on top of running a board, people bitching, trying to book themselves are the last things Heady needs. Like I mentioned, if you're not on the card, something doesn't go your way, ect. ect, just take the time and think how you will get one step closer to your goal instead of farther. Like I mentioned, I had 3 weeks off the card, I won the Universal title (sorta, I got screwed by non-storyline politics) and won the Global title with Illusion after that. Just get off peoples backs and it will make you look alot better, because you, Big Time, still have a long way till you climb that mountain. Your antics are far from impressive and I hope you learn your lession eventually.

That was a nice rant....

Like last week, I was disappointed not having an opponent, but I still got to to destroy the Shadow and Alex Blake! You don't have to be on the card to do something, you know?
